CLS will cover your round-trip flight, ground transportation to and from the airport and all CLS Conference events, hotel room, meals, and conference-planned activities for the duration of the conference.

If you pay for a meal or transportation with your personal card, please submit the expense for reimbursement with your supervisor’s approval.

You are welcome to bring guests at your own expense. Please note that the conference events, meals, and activities are for CLS team members only.

We are happy to assist with booking their flights, and they can share your hotel room, but you will be responsible for all additional fees.
