Tuesday, March 3rd
8:00 am to 3:00 pm: Arrive in New York City + Transfer to Hotel
Upon your arrival at one of the NYC airports, follow the airport signage to the baggage claim area to collect your bags. A Sarah Christine Productions representative will meet you at your baggage carousel with a CLS Living sign and escort you to your transfer vehicle. The name and number of the Sarah Christine Productions representative will be provided to you one 1 week prior to departure. If you do NOT have a checked bag, you will still need to go to your dedicated baggage carousel to meet your transfer escort
We are staying at The InterContinental Hotel in Times Square. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be greeted by a member of the CLS and SCP team and directed to check-in. Rooms are not guaranteed for check-in until 4:00 PM, but we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals
Please feel free to store your luggage with the Bell Desk in the hotel lobby and to use the hotel facilities at your leisure until you are notified that your room is ready
4:00 pm to 5:30 pm: Happy Hour - Location Coming Soon!
5:30 pm: Group transfer to the Nomination Ceremony
Please be in the lobby no later than 5:30 pm - vehicles will be departing promptly
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Legacy Nomination Ceremony: An Evening on The Hudson
Enjoy a private dinner cruise with sweeping skyline views and celebrate our 2026 Legacy Award nominees!
Dress Code: Boas, Boots & Furs. Glamour inspired by old-school Manhattan – think warm faux fur jackets, brimmed hats, sparkle, and after-dark sophistication. While a majority of the boat is indoors and temperature controlled, please be mindful of the weather if you plan to spend time outside on the deck. Coat check will be available. Jeans are welcome.
Transfer back to the InterContinental will be provided at 9 pm - the remainder of the evening is at your leisure
Wednesday, March 4th
Dress Code: Business Casual
7:00 am: Transfer to The Legacy Conference. Please meet in the hotel lobby. Note that you will not return to the hotel until 2 pm, so pack accordingly. All conference sessions will take place inside.
7:30 am to 8:00 am: Breakfast
8:00 am to 9:30 am: A View from the Top with Co-Founder and CO-CEO, Elliot J. Tamir
9:30 am to 9:45 am: Break
9:45 am to 11:00 am: General Session
11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Lunch
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm: General Session
2:00 pm: Transfer back to the InterContinental Hotel

We want you to truly experience New York City, so upon returning to the hotel, the evening is yours to enjoy. If you’d like assistance securing Broadway or off-Broadway tickets, dinner reservations, museum or exhibit passes, guided city tours, or other curated experiences, our team is happy to help.
Please contact cls@sarahchristineproductions.com for concierge support with recommendations and reservations. Kindly note that any tickets or costs associated with reserved bookings will be at your own expense.

9:15 am to 10:45 am: Guest Speaker
10:45 am to 11:00 pm: Break
11:00 am to 11:45 am: The Big Apple Market - CLS Living Vendor Trade Show
11:45 am to 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm to 2:30 pm: General Session
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm: That’s a Wrap! Closing Comments
5:00 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby to be transferred to The Legacy Awards

Departure Day - Safe Travels!
You'll be given an individual time to meet in the hotel lobby for your transfer to the airport based on your departure flight.
Please note - if you miss the transfer provided, you will be responsible for procuring your departure transportation at your own expense.
