Where are we staying?
We are excited to be staying in the heart of Times Square at the InterContinental New York Times Square Hotel.
Will I need to put down a card at the hotel?
No. You will not be required to put down a card for your room. Room and tax will be covered by CLS. Please note that any expenses charged to your room will be billed back to you after the conference.
Can I bring guests to New York?
You are welcome to bring guests to New York City at your own expense. Please note that the Conference events, meals, and activities are only for CLS members.
Please notify us of your guests by registering them on your intake form. We are happy to assist with booking their flights, and they can share your hotel room, but you will be responsible for all additional fees.
What is covered?
Your round-trip flight, ground transportation to/from the airport, and CLS Conference events, your hotel room, meals, and conference-planned activities for the duration of the conference dates.
If you put a meal or any transportation on your personal card, please submit that for reimbursement with your supervisor’s approval.
When will I receive the itinerary?
The itinerary is now live! Please see the tab at the top of the home page. This will continue to be updated as we finalize event details.
How is the weather?
Historically, in New York City, the weather between March 3rd and March 6th ranges from a high of 52º F and a low of 34º F. It will be COLD!

Will I have free time?
Absolutely! We want you to experience New York City, so free time is built into the schedule on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
If you’d like assistance securing Broadway or off-Broadway tickets, dinner reservations, museum or exhibit passes, guided city tours, or other curated experiences, our team is happy to help.
Please contact cls@sarahchristineproductions.com for concierge support with recommendations and reservations. Kindly note that any tickets or costs associated with reserved bookings will be at your own expense.
Is there a per diem for Wednesday since dinner isn’t included?
Yes, each CLS employee will receive a per diem to use on Wednesday night. More information will be provided upon check-in at the hotel!
Note that any expenses spent outside of the provided per diem will be your responsibility or billed back if placed on a corporate card.
What do I pack?
Please reference the itinerary for the specific dress code assigned to each day. A general packing list is also included below.
As a reminder, be sure to pack anything you may need to enjoy your free time throughout the trip. We encourage bringing warm jackets, hats, gloves, layers, and comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll likely be exploring the city.
All off-site CLS Conference events will have a designated coat check available for your convenience.

Boas, Boots & Furs. Glamour inspired by old-school Manhattan – think faux fur jackets, brimmed hats, sparkle, and after-dark sophistication. Jeans are welcome.
Conference Days (2)
Day 1: Business causal attire
Day 2: Jeans or casual bottoms. Black long sleeve shirts will be provided.
